As most of you know, I experience quite a bit of office humor. I think sharing some of these moments will be fun for my blog.
Enter the parent with a 9 yr old girl and a 3 yr old boy. The boy is active like any 3 yr old. He is bouncing around and getting the eye from mom but he proceeds to turn on and off the office lights and open and shut the front door.
Finally, he slams the glass door open against the outer wall of the building with a BIG BANG! His mother stops writing her check and goes after him and so does the big sister. Mom grabs him by the arm and the 9 yr old says "I'll take him!" and mom allows her the control as she comes back to the desk to finish her check.
The struggling 3 yr old is brought to the front of a chair in the waiting room and then the 9 yr old announces "Either you sit on me or I'll sit on you!"
Now that's something I never even thought to say with my own kids! What strategy of choice coming from someone as big as a 9 yr old!
Obviously, I was very humored...
